RETURNS

DOMESTIC ORDERS

Domestic orders are eligible for refund, exchange, or online store credit if return is initiated within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in new condition to qualify for return. We define new as unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with all original tags attached. All packaging must accompany the product and must also be in new condition (i.e. shoe boxes). We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise does not meet this criteria. 

Items must be shipped within 14 days of original delivery date. Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned

Please allow three to five business days for refunds to process once we receive the return back at our warehouse.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

Orders placed outside of the contiguous United States are eligible for refund, exchange, or online store credit if return is initiated within 14 days of delivery. Items must meet our new criteria as defined above. If your return is accepted, we will reimburse the the total order value less shipping charges for both initial delivery and return shipments.


PROCEDURE

To initiate the return process, complete and include the return form and affix the prepaid shipping label to your package. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date to qualify for a refund, exchange or credit. Shipping is free on all exchanges within the United States. We will do our best to fill all exchange requests, but we are unable to hold items for exchange. If a requested style is unavailable, the amount will be refunded or store credit will be issued.

Tanya Taylor is not responsible for product lost or damaged during shipment. Refunds or store credit will be issued within 7-10 business days via the original form of payment and payment amount, excluding original shipping and return costs (if applicable).

 

FAILED DELIVERIES

We ship to the address provided. If packages are undeliverable for any reason, including customer’s refusal to pay duties, Tanya Taylor is not responsible for return shipping costs or cost of re-shipping merchandise.

All final sale items are final sale and not accepted for refund or exchange. A printed copy of our policy is available upon request.
